Surgery Postponed

Well, Rylie's surgery was postponed. On Tuesday, I took her to her pre-op appointment and she ended up having a ear infection. We had to postpone it until the beginning of June. I was hoping to get it over with. I hope her teeth don't start bothering her. Mom came to help with the kids and I guess she will be staying longer than expected. Nothing ever goes as planned.

    Mom told me about this. That totally stinks! I heard that her surgery is scheduled for noon and you have to starve her all day. THAT TOTALLY STINKS! If I were you, I would call them back and try to get an earlier time. 2 Year olds CANNOT understand this. You'll be the meanest person ever in the eyes of your daughter. I guess you could keep her up all night and put her down at like midnight. See if she'll sleep in until 10. That might not be as cruel.
