Camping

We went to the Ward Camp-out on July 3rd. It was our first camping experience in Minnesota. There were TONS of mosquitos. There are no mountains but there are lots of places to camp within a few minutes from our house. This site was about 15 minutes. It felt like we were camping in someone's backyard.
We purchased mom and dad's tent. We found the instructions AFTER it was set up. The kids had never slept in a tent and thought it was fun.

The kids stayed up really late and were very tired when we left to go home. What a way to start the 4th of July weekend.

    Cute kids of course. I am glad you had such a fun time camping and doing fireworks. You are making memories!

    Rylie is looking so big. Her hair is longer and very curly. Cute! We haven't had mosquito bites in a long time, but got plenty while visiting CO and UT. Kaylee used up several of Marilee's Bandaids because she put one on each mosquito bite.
    They do look tired.
